講演内容: Introduction to ESP (Electronic Stability Program) for Commercial Vehicles

概　　要:
To avoid traffic accidents, it is important to assist drivers in keeping their vehicles stable even under difficult conditions. The Electronic Stability Program (ESP) is an important function in this context. By applying wheel individual braking pres-sures, it can stabilize the vehicles and avoid roll over. In this context stabilization of commercial vehicles poses additional challenges due to the high number of vehicle types (e.g. busses and trucks), complex physics, for example due to additional trailers, and different loading conditions. In this talk an introduction into the working principles of ESP for commercial vehicles is given.
