演題: Fraunhofer IPA and current research in robotic welding and motion accuracy
概要:
The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft is the leading organization for applied re-search in Germany and one of the largest of its kind in the world. Con-sisting of 76 institutes for a large variety of different research topics, Fraunhofer builds up the link between research and industry, by devel-oping and commercializing new technologies. One of the institutes is the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (Fraunhofer IPA), in which technology and know-how for innovative manufacturing processes is developed. In this talk, an introduction to Fraunhofer and Fraunhofer IPA is given. Furthermore, the currently developed welding technology and approaches for the assessment of a robot’s accuracy and performance will be presented together with past projects from these topics.
